  • Please note that even though Reflect Light Company uses natural ingredients skin sensitivities can still occur. With this we highly stress the importance of patch testing prior to using products on skin.

  • Please note that some Essential Oils can cause photosensitivity’s. These photosensitive essential oils are flagged under the Scents tab. To decrease possible sensitivities simply limit the amount of sunlight and UV rays for 12 hours after using products containing these oils.

  • Keep products out of reach of young children.

  • Never consume any products. Reflect Light Company uses natural cosmetic grade ingredients that are not meant to be consumed.

  • Always use products as directed and never under any circumstances use products in eyes or mucus membranes.

  • Reflect Light Company does not add any preservatives as its products do not contain water-based ingredients. Using our products without following instructions listed may potentially contaminate the products.

  • Please note that although we create small quantity products, ingredient cross contamination may still occur. Furthermore, one of our product suppliers also cannot guarantee small ingredient cross contamination won’t occur.

  • Please know that we create each product in a clean environment and products are created using sanitary precautions as necessary such as use of hand gloves, clean apron, and/or face mask.

  • Please allow for small color, scent, weight and/or consistency differences between our naturally made batches.

  • Limited Edition Boxes: These Boxes are super fun but as the name states they are limited. With this being said we reserve the right to only fulfill one Limited Edition Box per Customer.

  • Bulk Orders: If you are placing a large order, please note this may increase processing times. We will keep you informed about any possible delays due to large orders.

  • We reserve the right as owner of Reflect Light Company website and corresponding sites to remove any dishonest, hateful, and/or foul reviews. Please note that we encourage honest constructive reviews on all our Reflect Light Company sites.

  • Your privacy is just as important as your skin journey! Please know that personal identifiable information collected on this site and affiliated sites is never sold and is only used to provide you with better experiences. Minimal information will be given to third-party services in order to process your orders such as shipping of packages, etc. Please note that Reflect Light Company utilizes third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Venmo and Square to protect and streamline your purchasing experience. Please also note that these third-party payment processors have their own privacy policies that can be found on their individual websites. If for any reason you have questions about these payment processors policies, please reach out to the individual processors as they will be able to assist you. In instances were investigations of fraud, safety issues or if required by law, we reserve the right to disclose the minimum required information.

Instances that may result in a refusal of service include, but are not limited to, disruptive or violent behavior, verbal abuse, or any activity that poses a threat to the mental or physical well-being of those present and to the company as a whole. Our priority remains the creation of a safe and comfortable environment for everyone engaged with our products and services.   • Please note that we are unable to change your account password for you, but if you click on the link on the home page you can click on the “Forgot Password?” to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

  • Most orders are made to order, so once your order is placed you will only have 48 hours to cancel the order with full refund.

  • Shipping Delays: Please note that once your package is shipped, Reflect Light Company is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS, USPS, and or FedEx.

  • Lost Packages: Please note that Reflect Light Company is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages that are in shipping mode to the address provided at checkout. If your package shows that it has been “delivered” and yet you don’t have the package, please first check your order to ensure you provided the correct shipping address. If the address you provided for the order was correct then contact the courier, listed in the tracking email, that was responsible for delivering the package. The courier will be able to assist you with finding the package.
