How long does my order take to ship?

We are proud to offer small batch and freshly created orders! With this please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days to create/process each order. This timeframe may vary during busy seasons and/or larger orders. Once items ship a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided.

Do you offer free in store pickup?

Reflect Light Company is ecstatic to announce that we offer a free pickup location! Pickup is available at Barista’s of Downtown Hastings, NE and can be selected during checkout.

Approximately how long are shipping times?

Reflect Light Company ships packages via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive; however, these timelines can vary depending on carrier delays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time international shipping is not available.

My package has shipping delays…

Please note that once your package is shipped Reflect Light Company is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS.

My package was not delivered…

If your package tacking info shows that it has been delivered and yet you don’t have the package, please first check your order and ensure you provided the correct shipping address.

If the address you provided for the order was correct then contact the courier, listed in the tracking email, that was responsible for delivering the package. The courier will be able to assist you with finding the package.

Please note that Reflect Light Company is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages that were properly processed, given to the courier and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
